What is Youth Fit?
Youth Fit is a medically-based fitness and educational program for children and adolescents 10 - 17 years of age. The program offers a variety of fitness programs tailored towards your child’s individual needs and goals.
Participants will enjoy a full range of exercise classes, weight training and education that will allow them to make healthy life-style changes that will produce real results. The program's medical director is J. Christopher Mendler, MD, who also serves as medical director of the Sports Medicine Program at Holy Name Medical Center. Youth Fit is a collaborative program provided by certified Personal Trainers, Aerobic Instructors and Nutritionists.
