Erika Brinkmann, MD, FACS

Director of Breast Surgery
Breast Surgery

Dr. Brinkmann is board certified in general surgery with a specialty in breast surgery and is fellowship trained in breast surgical oncology. After earning her medical degree at Yale University School of Medicine, she completed her residency at St. Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Brinkmann is skilled in all types of breast surgery for benign and malignant breast disease. She was an assistant professor of surgical oncology at Northwestern's Feinberg School of Medicine and has received numerous academic awards.

Elan Diamond, MD

Director of Clinical Cancer Research
Hematology/Medical Oncology

Dr. Diamond is a board-certified fellowship-trained hematologist and medical oncologist who specializes in genitourinary malignancies. He received his bachelor's degree, with honors, in philosophy and bioethics from John Hopkins University and earned his medical doctorate from Weill Cornell Medical College. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at New York Presbyterian Hospital, and his hematology and medical oncology fellowship at Weill Cornell Medical College. He is the Director of Medical Genitourinary Oncology and the Director of Clinical Cancer Research. Dr. Diamond has received certification from the American Society of Clinical Oncology and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology.

Raimonda Goldman, DO


Dr. Goldman is a board-certified hematologist/medical oncologist, who specializes in the treatment of breast cancer, as well as malignant and benign blood disorders. She has been involved in research studies on genetics and cancer development at the molecular level at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Goldman utilizes chemotherapy, hormonal therapy and targeted therapy to treat patients with breast cancer. She uses chemoprevention for patients at high risk for developing breast cancer. Dr. Goldman's focus on patient care is based on providing advanced medical expertise combined with comfort and support to patients and their families.

Steve Kwon, MD

Surgical Oncology/Hepatobiliary Surgery

Dr. Kwon is a board-certified, fellowship trained surgical oncologist, who provides advanced treatment for complicated cases of liver, kidney, lung, prostate and pancreatic cancers, as well as neuroendocrine tumors, soft tissue sarcoma, melanoma and adrenal tumors. He is one of only a few physicians in New Jersey to offer patients HIPEC (hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy), the hepatic artery infusion pump, and the NanoKnife System for cancer treatment. Dr. Kwon is also a clinical assistant professor at NYU School of Medicine and New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center. During his fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, he trained in complex surgical oncology and holds a degree in Masters of Public Health from the University of Washington School of Public Health. In 2017, he was recognized by the American Cancer Society for his clinical and research contributions to the care of cancer patients.

Jason Lee, MD

Jason C. Lee, M.D., is a fellowship-trained hematologist/oncologist who is focused on providing compassionate, evidence-based care for his patients. He has a particular interest in the treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies, including cancers of the esophagus, stomach, liver, pancreas, colon, and rectum. He uses his advanced training to provide patients with the best therapies, tailored to fit each individual's needs.

Sharyn N. Lewin, MD, FACS, FACOG

Medical Director of Gynecologic Oncology
Gynecology Oncology

Dr. Lewin is a board-certified gynecologic oncologist, who specializes in the treatment of gynecologic cancers and complex benign conditions of the female reproductive system. She is highly skilled in performing complex laparoscopic, robotic and open surgical procedures as well as prescribing the most effective forms of chemotherapy. Dr. Lewin is an authority on heredity breast and ovarian syndrome, and her research interests include novel chemotherapeutic agents for ovarian cancer, including HIPEC (hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy) and immunotherapy, quality of life studies and patient outcomes following the use of integrative therapies during treatment.

Lynette M. Mendoza, DO

Breast Surgery

Dr. Mendoza is board certified in general surgery with a specialty in breast surgery and is fellowship trained in breast surgical oncology. She specializes in all breast surgical services, including treatment for benign conditions, high risk disease and breast cancer, offering patients oncoplastic techniques for lumpectomy, and nipple-sparing and skin-sparing mastectomy for patients desiring reconstructive options. Dr. Mendoza's special interest includes screening high risk patients and management in ductal carcinoma in situ. She has conducted research in molecular and developmental biology and breast disease.

Raul Parra, MD

Director of Urologic Oncology

Dr. Parra is a board-certified urologist with subspecialty training in urologic oncology. He is an expert in treating cancers of the prostate, bladder and kidneys as well as other malignancies of the genitourinary system. He is a pioneer in robotic and laparoscopic surgery and was the first physician worldwide to remove a bladder laparoscopically. Dr. Parra was also one of the first to employ robotic surgery in the treatment of kidney and prostate cancers. Prior to joining Holy Name, he was a senior attending surgeon at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, a professor of urology at Weill Cornell Medical College, the Mayo Clinic and Saint Louis University and Oregon Health and Sciences University. He is the author of over 200 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and has lectured extensively nationally and internationally on the subject of urologic cancers.

Vikram Premkumar, MD

Vikram Premkumar, MD, MS, is a hematologist/oncologist who has participated in clinical and translational research and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to treating patients with blood diseases and cancers. He understands the fear and anxiety patients with serious illnesses face and offers compassionate, advanced care tailored to each individual.

Yadrya Rivera, MD

Hematology/Medical Oncology

Dr. Rivera is board-certified in hematology/medical oncology and fellowship trained in hematology/oncology. She has more than 20 years of experience in treating breast cancer and utilizes the latest research and therapies to create personalized treatment plans for all of her patients. She specializes in the use of chemotherapeutic drugs, immunotherapy, and targeted and hormonal therapies. Dr. Rivera also treats hematologic disorders and is involved in breast cancer clinical trials. She received her medical degree from the Universidad Central del Caribe in Puerto Rico and completed her internship, residency and fellowship at the Cabrini Medical Center in New York City.

Benjamin Rosenbluth, MD

Chief of Radiation Oncology
Radiation Oncology

Dr. Rosenbluth earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed his training in radiation oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. As Chief of Radiation Oncology, he oversees delivery of multiple treatment modalities, including high-dose brachytherapy, stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), as well as image-guided volumetric modulated arc radiotherapy (VMAT) and intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT). He is committed to using innovative techniques that target cancer cells and spare healthy tissue. He has been named a Castle Connolly Top Doctor, and has been honored with “Healer of the Year” award by the Teaneck Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Rosenbluth has also earned a Master's degree in Musical Composition from the Julliard School and is an active composer.

Peter Wu, MD

Radiation Oncology

Dr. Shengyang Peter Wu is a radiation oncologist with specialized training in the most advanced radiation therapies, including high dose-rate brachytherapy. He has participated in a vast amount of research and been published in numerous medical books, journals and magazines. Dr. Wu is adept at providing sensitive, comprehensive radiation therapy for all types of cancers, from treating tiny, targeted areas to total body irradiation.

Maria Schiavone, MD

Gynecologic Oncology

Dr. Schiavone is a board-certified gynecologic oncologist who specializes in the treatment of gynecologic cancers and complex benign conditions of the female reproductive system. She completed eight years of postgraduate training at Columbia University Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. At Holy Name, Dr. Schiavone introduced the use of sentinel lymph node mapping to stage gynecologic cancers, which helps to detect whether the disease has spread while decreasing the number of lymph nodes that may have to be removed. Dr. Schiavone is also highly skilled in performing complex laparoscopic, robotic and open surgical procedures.
