Nicole Eichman is a cardiac nurse practitioner at Holy Name. Her care philosophy has three parts: treating every patient like family; providing up-to-date, evidence-based care; and working together with her patients to develop their treatment plan. Seeing people improve or find relief from their illness is the most fulfilling aspect of her work. She is proud to be at Holy Name because of its focus on each individual’s unique needs.
