Holy Name Medical Center Sister Claire Tynan School of Nursing Information Sessions for prospective students are conducted remotely via the Google Meet teleconference platform. This platform is a video conferencing platform which will permit participants to hear and see the presentation as well as ask questions. Registered individuals will receive further instructions on how to access Google Meet session to join the video conference on the day and time they register for. You will need either a smart phone or computer to join the meeting.
The Holy Name Medical Center Sister Claire Tynan School of Nursing information session will provide prospective students with insights into the rigor and challenges of entering a nursing program. Information will be provided on academic expectations, admission requirements, time commitment and costs.
Each session lasts approximately 60-90 minutes and starts promptly at the published start time. Prospective students for the RN program, LPN program and LPN-RN pathway program are invited to attend. Attendance at an information session is a mandatory requirement for admission consideration for the RN, LPN-RN, and LPN program tracks.
