Submission of an on-line application form with a $75 non-refundable application fee is required.
The Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS), a standardized pre-nursing entrance examination, is administered to measure general academic ability, including math skills, reading comprehension and science. Candidates must complete the ATI TEAS Admission exam with a minimum composite score of 60%. Student must register for the TEAS exam. Submit official high school transcript or GED scores and/or official transcripts from ALL post-secondary colleges, universities, or technical schools attended to the School of Nursing admission office. Transferred science and/or general education courses required for the nursing curriculum must have been completed within the last ten years with a minimum grade of a "C" or better. This program does not accept transfer credits for nursing coursework from other academic institutions. Any applicant with 2 or more nursing course failures is ineligible to apply for this program.

All completed application files will be accepted until the admission application deadline of APRIL 15, 2020. After that deadline, applicants will be ranked according to TEAS score (highest to lowest, minimum being 60%). Admission will be offered to the top 80 applicants.
