• Contact ALL schools attended, including high school/GED and have the schools mail the official transcripts to:

• Register to take the TEAS exam (www.atitesting.com). Make sure the TEAS include all four components: English, Reading, Science and Math. Once completed, contact ATI and have them email us the results.
