Holy Name Medical Center is at the forefront of providing comprehensive services to anyone impacted by COVID-19. In the hospital's ongoing commitment to provide diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care to patients and their caregivers affected by the virus, staff members are offering a supportive program for healing and wellness through its Center for Healthy Living.
An advisory team made up of various healthcare professionals discovered that many patients and caregivers suffered a myriad of side effects caused by COVID-19. They included physical, emotional, spiritual and social challenges, including anxiety, restlessness and changes in sleep and diet.
The T.O.G.E.T.H.E.R. (Teaching with Ongoing Guidance and Education to Transform through Hope Empowerment and Resilience) We Care support group is open to anyone impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, with the goal of providing a safe space for members to connect and share their experiences. This virtual program will provide resources to heighten awareness, inspire positivity, and promote healthy actions that support resilience.
