Since its founding nearly a century ago, Holy Name’s faith-based mission has remained steadfast - to help the community achieve the highest level of health through prevention, education and treatment. Holy Name Community Health brings this mission to life.

Holy Name Community Health is committed to providing quality health education and screening programs for our patients and communities. Our goal is to plan, develop, implement and evaluate programs to educate consumers about health promotion and disease prevention. From breast cancer awareness to stress management, we offer FREE in person and virtual health lectures, wellness programs, medical screenings, and health fairs throughout the year.
