Cancer Recovery Fitness (advanced level)

Description:
Open to those impacted by cancer. Advanced Fitness level – for that 1-year post-treatment. This advanced exercise class is for those who are 1-year post-treatment and beyond. This class is for participants who have demonstrated improved strength, and balance since undergoing surgery and treatments. Our goal is to help you maintain your fitness improvements in order to reduce your risk of future health issues. The exercises in this class will be safe for those with osteoporosis and lymphedema and give you the tools needed to have the best recovery possible.
