Journal Ad Guidelines

Ad creative must be received by March 21.

We appreciate your generous support of the Holy Name Founders Ball. All supporters are welcome to contribute an advertisement for inclusion in the Founders Ball journal, which is distributed to all in attendance and posted on our website after the event.

Journal ads are a great way to advertise your business, so please feel free to use your brand colors, logos, fonts, and personality.

Kindly create artwork to the following specs; click here for a visual guide

• Dimensions: A full page is 6" x 9.125" (vertical orientation); all text and copy should fall within a 5" x 8.125" area. A half page is 6" x 4.5625" (horizontal orientation); all text and copy should fall within a 5" x 4" area.
• Please include a 1/8” bleed on all sides.
• All ads should be full color, in CMYK format.
• All images should be high-resolution (at least 300 dpi).
• Please send artwork as a PDF file or high-resolution JPG file only.

• When referring to Holy Name, please use only "Holy Name," "Holy Name Medical Center" or "Holy Name health system" - not "Holy Name Hospital."
• The event name is Founders Ball (no apostrophe).
