Overview
Holy Name offers physical therapy in the home to patients who are 65+ and have Medicare Part B. Unlike traditional home care through Medicare, patients do not need to be considered "homebound" to receive physical therapy in the home.
We specialize in the evaluation and treatment of conditions and disorders that can cause pain or can impair safety in the home – from post-surgery support to injury recovery and gait and balance disorders. Our compassionate and expert physical therapists will get you back on the road to recovery.
