Admission Criteria and Application Process
All candidates must meet the following criteria
- Be a graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)-accredited Doctor of Pharmacy degree program
- Be eligible for licensure in the state of New Jersey
Applicants will be required to submit the following documents on the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS)
- A detailed letter of intent
- Curriculum vitae
- Academic transcript
- Three (3) letters of recommendation

On-site interviews will be conducted between January and February 2025. Interviews will include a case study discussion/case presentation.
